CONTRACT CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION RECEIVED - STILL BEING CHARGED

I am still being charged for internet services, despite receiving confirmation that we cancelled our phone and internet contract. We provided 30 day notice and continue to be charged. We need to be reimbursed for the prior months and our contract needs to be terminated. We are no longer in Germany and therefore cannot go into the store directly/call directly. Who can we speak to regarding this?
