Change tariff/increase data
Good Afternoon,
I am trying to change the tariff on my wife’s phone to increase the data but I do not get the option to because she is on the old family plan and has only been on the contract for a year. How can we increase the data on her phone?

because she is on the old family plan
What is the exact name of her tariff? An upgrade to a higher plan should be possible, but the MVLZ would start anew AFAIK.
Best wishes,
Thomas

When I check on my account online it shows my line as having the magentamobil L and then under additional cards is my wife’s line and it shows hers as having Family card M. It only gives me the option to change tariff on my line and not my wife’s. I want to change the tariff on my wife’s line to increase the amount of data she has but it does not give me any options to do this and in store they told me this is not possible for her line. Is this really true that I can not adjust my wife’s line to have more data per month?

Thank you for the very nice phone call, @mrc2000 .
Since a switch to the Plus card is only possible at the end of the minimum contract period, we have now decided to switch to the normal MagentaMobil. This makes us a little more expensive, but still cheaper than if we bridged with data passes. Please write to me again here in mid-May 2024.
If you still have something on your mind, then of course write it here. Until then I wish you and your wife a nice time.
Kind regards
