Change cancellation

I received a notice about the cancellation of my internet service and wanted to change the cancellation date. I called to make the change, and they told me I would receive a new email confirmation. However, I have been waiting for several days and have not received the new email regarding my internet cancellation. I have called several times since then, but no one could communicate in English, and I was transferred multiple times. I also visited the nearest branch, and they advised me to call again. What should I do to find out if my cancellation date has been changed?

What are the dates for cancellation? What was sent to you and what would you like to change it to?
