Cancel the service because I moved to the US

Question

I sent form to cancel my service because I moved to US in March. I have been charged 2 more times. The email I received confirming that my request was received and being processed said that I did not have to do anything more. How do I stop my service??

I cancelled my contract because I moved abroad. I am still getting charged
