I requested a call-back service from Telekom who can speak in English, in order to ask questions regarding glass fiber modem for my internet service. But no one called me back today.

I need a call back in English I have received the equipment and I've hooked everything up. The password that was mailed to me doesn't work. There was supposed to be an technician coming today but I haven't seen anyone yet. Please help!!
