Nabend liebe Telekom Community,

Ich habe am 16.03.2024 mir online einen haustelefon und Internet Tarif bestellt.

Nun frage ich mich wie lange es nach der sofortigen Bestellbestätigung dauert bis man weitere Informationen oder eine Auftragsbestätigung bekommt?

      Auftragsbestätigung, kann bis zu 14 Tage dauern,

      weil erst mal die Verfügbarkeit des Übertragungsweg bis zum Haus geprüft werden muß.
