Beauftragung eines Hausanschlusses über Kooperationspartner

Guten Tag,

 

ich habe von Euch am 11.07.2022 eine Auftragsbestätigung zu unserem Hausanschluss per Mail bekommen, nachdem ich bei der EAM Netz unseren Hausanschluss für Strom und Telekom beauftragt hatte.

Heute habe ich mit einem Mitarbeiter der EAM Netz gesprochen, um mal nachzuhaken wie der Stand der Dinge ist und er sagte mir, dass wir von der Telekom ein Formular bekommen haben sollten, welches wir ausgefüllt zurück schicken müssen. Ich habe allerdings außer der bereits erwähnten Bestätigungsmail nie irgendwas bekommen.

Da ich nicht daran interessiert bin, wie manch anderer Kunde berichtet hat, Wochen und Monate auf Rückmeldung zu warten, wüsste ich gern wie man den Vorgang Kundenorientiert voran treiben kann, da unser Versorger die Bearbeitung erst weiterführt, wenn die Telekom soweit ist.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
