AVM FRITZ!Box 5491 (LWL/GPON)

Liebe Telekom-Community/Telekom-Mitarbeiter/Innen,

 

ich bin seit Juli Kunde bei der Telekom mit einem Glasfaseranschluss.

Habe von zu Beginn an, ein Speedport Smart 3 mit einem Glasfaserumwandler (Glasfasermodem) im Einsatz.

 

Ich kann mich nur mit dem Speedport Smart 3 nicht anfreunden - zum Vergleich der Produkte von AVM Fritz!Box:

  • WLAN-Verbindungen brechen je nach Belastung ein
  • Telefonie-Einstellungen sind umständlich konfigurierbar
  • Unterstützt keine Fritz!Telefone ( DECT )
  • langsamer Aufbau zwischen Speedphone und Speeport (z.B. Laden des Telefonbuches)
  • keine Kinderschutzfunktionen (Kinderfilter/Schutzfilter) auf die entsprechende Devices zugewiesen
    • inkl. das Sperren von speziellen Seiten (Speedport nur besondere Dienste/Protokolle)
    • keine Wihitelist/Blackliste
  • keine integrierte Fax-Funktion
  • Gerät wird im Netzwerkschrank warm (vermutlich auch der Stromverbrauch höher)
    • Speedport und Glasfasermodem: Schrank ist auch zu klein
    • Techniker meinte, es gäbe wohl eine Lösung ... FRITZ!Box 5491?

Von der Leistung her, finde ich schon eine Fritz!Box besser, als die hauseigenen Produkte von der Telekom (sry).

Kann man hier was machen, dass wir die Geräte austauschen?

Und, was benötige ich da noch - LC/APC <-> SC/APC Stecker-Adapter?

    Ok, dann ist es relativ simple. Sobald Du den neuen Router hast bzw. ONT , kannst Du hier übers Team ein Rediscovery anstoßen lassen und danach das Gerät auswechseln.Installations-Kennung liegt Dir vor?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
