After 2 months - Glasfaser contract terminated, no reason, no prior information. The contract was made via Logitel

Hi Wonderful Community.

My new glsfaser contract, for apartment, was started in June 25. The 2 years contract was made via "Logitel".

Today, suddenly, Internet was dis-connected. I registered complaint and called "Telekom Helpline". They told me on phone that "Logitel" gave them instructions for termination of the contract.

However, I never requested termination to "Logitel" or "Telekom" for this contract. Also, no one informed me about this termination.

"Telekom" asked us to wait till next evening and someone would contact us.

Due to different important resons, I need quick re-storation of Internet instead of waiting 24 hours.

Could you guys help to re-store the internet urgently

I am available on phone today till 23:45 and tomorrow from 8 to 23.30.
