250 beworben, 175 laut Verfügbarkeit, beim buchen bei 100 Ende. Wollt ihr mich veräppeln?

Hallo,

 

ich fühle mich gerade Ehrlich gesagt etwas auf den Arm genommen.

Zuerst erhalte ich eine Marketing Email das jetzt bei mir bis zu 250Mbit verfügbar seien, das war mir nicht neu das geht seit einigen Monaten und tatsächlich sollte bei mir bis zu 175Mbit laut damaliger Verfügbarkeit sein, ich hatte mich vorerst enthalten:

Aufgrund der aktuellen Marketing Email "Jetzt bis zu 250Mbit" habe ich mich entschieden den Tarif zu Wechseln (Aktuell habe ich noch einen Hybrid L auf dessen Hybrid Anteil ich mitlerweile gerne verzichten kann).

 

Nun denn ich begebe mich also in den Bestellprozess:

Wähle XL um dann ganz am Ende folgendes festzustellen?

Es wäre alles nicht so schrecklich wenn ich nicht vor 30 Minuten bei Routermiete.de eine 7590 geordert hätte.

(Hab mich schön beeilt, bis zum 30.04.20 waren die Versandkostenfrei ;-), hier straft die Realität die Eile!

Müsste es bei 100/40 bleiben reicht auch die 7490 die ich hier noch liegen habe, ihr merkt es wird nicht besser.

 

Glücklicherweise gibt es ja das Fernabsatzgesetz aber wirklich liebe Telekom diese Marketing Maßnahme und eure Verfügbarkeit scheinen ganz offensichtlich für den Allerwertesten zu sein, was soll das?

 

Sind bei mir wirklich nur die 100/40 drin? Oder haben wir den 1. April?

 

Die letzte Kündigungsfrist habe ich leider verpasst, um Weihnachten rum gabs es dann die freundliche Email mit dem tritt in den Po das mein Hybrid L jetzt 5€ mehr kostet (aktuell 55€ im Monat)

    Ruf mal an und buche es am Telefon oder Chat.

    Bei mir ist auch kein super Vectoring Online Buchbar.
    Aber im Buchungssystem ist alles Buchbar hinterlegt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
