Zusätzliche Mailadresse ist nicht mehr erreichbar

Hallo,

seit kurzem ist meine zusätzliche Mailadresse aus dem Mailcenter verschwunden und ich kann auch über Thunderbird keine Mails mehr abrufen (Invalid Login)... beim Versuch sie neu anzulegen, bekomme ich die Meldung dass die Mailadresse bereits existiert. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen..?
