Wie behalte ich meine Telekom Email Adresse

Hallo

Bin umgezogen und musste nach über 50 Jähriger Telekom Zugehörigkeit mein T-Konto löschen, da die Tekom am neuen wohnört keine Dienste bereit stellen kann.

Ich möchte aber meine Telekom Email beibehalten.

Wie kann ich meine Telekom Email Adresse sicher, damit sie weiter funktioniert.

      Du musst die Adresse in eine Freemail-Adresse umwandeln. "Freemail" ist der Begriff den die Telekom verwenden um ihren kostenlosen Emaildiesnt für Nichtkunden  zu beschreiben.

       

      Hier gibt es eine Anleitung, die beschreibt was zu tun ist.

       

      Wichtig 1: Falls Du mehr als eine Telekom-Emailadresse hast, dann musst Du die Anleitung für jede dieser Adressen einzeln abarbeiten.

      Wichtig 2: So wie ich die Sache verstehe, erstellst Du damit ein neues Postfach mit der alten Emailadresse. Das neue Postfach ist leer. Um den Umzug der vorhandenen Emails musst Du Dich selber kümmern, z.B. über ein Emailprogramm mit IMAP. Mit dem Ende Deines gekündigten Vertrags wird das alte Konto gelöscht, wenn Du die Emails bis dahin nicht irgendwie gesichert hast sind sie danach weg.

      Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


      We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
