Telekom Mail App versendet nicht vom Handy aber vom PC und vom Tablet

Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe das Problem dass ich vom Handy über Mobil ( 4G ) keine Mails verschicken kann. Sobald ich jedoch WLAN habe, geht die Mail raus. Über PC und Tabelt ( nur WLAN) geht es immer.

Warum blockiert der Versand über das Mobilnetz ?

Ich hoffe mir kann da jemand helfen.
