Auf meinem I Pad funktioniert die Telekom App für E Mails nicht mehr. Auf meinem IPhone funktioniert die App einwandfrei.

Wo könnte hier der Fehler liegen?
Wenn ich auf die App gehe, dann öffnet sich nur der Magenta farbende Bildschirm, sonst keine Bewegung.
