T-online Mail Ordner und Mails verschwunden

Hallo,

ich habe das Problem das E-Mail Ordner bei T-Online nicht mehr auftauche! Die kompletten Mails sind weg. (Einstellung Löschen steht auf nie). Genauso bei gelöschten Mails alles was älter als eine Woche ist automatisch weg !! (Einstellung löschen steht auf 90 Tage) Wie kann das sein, was ist mit Datensicherheit bei der Telekom ????
