Passwort wird nicht akzeptiert

Im PC funktioniert das Passwort, im Smartphone kommt der Hinweis "Passwort nicht korrekt". Wo bitte muss ich den zugesandten Code eintragen, im Passwort-Feld kommt der gleiche Hinweis wie oben. Was muss ich tun?
