Mailstore - Verbindung von Mailstore zum E-Mail Center geht nicht

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe das Programm Mailstore installiert, leider kann ich darin kein Profil erstellen um E-mails vom T-Online E-Mail Center im Mailstore zu sichern.

Als Fehlermeldung kommt folgendes: Authentifizierung ist fehlgeschlagen: Überprüfen Sie Benutzername und Kennwort. Servermeldung: Invalid login (NO).

Die korrekte Eingabe  habe ich mehrfach überprüft. Als Benutzername und Kennwort wird das verwendet, mit dem ich auch ins T-Online E-mail Center komme. Fehlermeldungen und Eingaben in Mailstore siehe bitte Anhang.
Was mache ich falsch?

    Hallo Has,

     

    vielen Dank, jetzt habe ich das mit dem ominösen "besonderen E-Mail Passwort" verstanden. Habe zwar ein paar Anläufe benötigt, bis ich an der richtigen Stelle gelandet bin, um das "besondere E-Mail Passwort" dort einzurichten, aber nun funktioniert es. Zumindest Mailstore ist jetzt fleißig am Speichern meiner E-Mails.

    Was falsch ist - auch wenn Du das mehrfach überprüft hast. Korrekt ist es, das "E-Mail-Passwort" zu verwenden wie bereits @Has herausgestellt hat

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
