Mail Postfach voll

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

 

durch Zufall habe ich nun erfahren , dass mein EMail Konto voll sein soll !

Wäre wirklich klasse gewesen , wenn man sowas FRÜHZEITIG erfährt !! Zum Beispiel mit einer Warnung ! Echt mieser Service !!

sei es drum.. habe mein Postfach nun erweitert .

was aber geschieht mit den nicht zugestellten Mails der letzten ca. 24 Stunden???

      Wenn ich es richtig weiß bekommt der Absender eine Info dass dein Postfach voll ist.

      Das Problem hab ich mit meiner Bank! Nur ist da der Speicher unerwartet leer und kostet Gebühren.

      Auf Beschwerde wurde mir mitgeteilt, ich solle doch den Füllstand bitte selbst überwachen anhand der Auszüge.

      Eigentlich gibt es kurz vorher eine entsprechende Mail.

      Schade, dass du diesen Eindruck gewonnen hast.
      Meines Wissens wird die von @Gabriel__ gepostete Warnung vorher verschickt. Leider lässt sich nicht nachvollziehen, ob du diese nicht erhalten hast oder ob sie vielleicht als Spam aussortiert wurde.
      Ist das Postfach überfüllt, erhalten die Absender eine Mailer-Daemon-Benachrichtigung mit der Info, dass das Zielpostfach voll ist und die E-Mail nicht zugestellt werden konnte.
      Abschließend noch ein gutgemeinter Rat:
      Da du dein Postfach ja sehr rege nutzen dürftest, empfehle ich dir, die wichtigen E-Mails regelmäßig zu sichern.
