Mail & Cloud in Free Mail umwandeln

Hallo liebe Community,
wie kann man Mail & Cloud M in eine Freemail umwandeln ohne das meine archivierten Mails und gesendete, empfangene Mails nicht verloren gehen. Brauche ich dafür Zugang zu Telekomdiensten und muss dann meine E-Mail umhängen lassen?? Und wer ist dafür Zuständig?
