Mail App funktioniert auf iPad plötzlich nicht mehr korrekt

Seit wenigen Tagen habe ich beim Öffnen der Mail App das Problem, dass sich die in der Seitenleiste aufgeführten Ordner (also Posteingang, Gesendet etc.) nicht mehr öffnen lassen. Beim Anklicken ertönt ein kurzes akustisches Signal, doch nichts geschieht.

Zeitweise erscheint im Ordnerverzeichnis unten ein Ladebalken (?) (magentafarbener Strich), der sich jedoch nicht weiter bewegt.

 

Gibt es für diese Problematik ein Lösung?

Ich dachte mir, es ist vielleicht ein Weg, die App zu deinstallieren und dann neu aus dem App-Store zu besorgen. Doch war ich leider mit der Deinstallation der App überfordert.

    Gerne, die Deinstallation ist in der o.g. FAQ noch einmal beschrieben:  Absturz der Telekom Mail App Version 3.7.1 unter iOS Wenn das nicht hilft, dann hilft leider nur auf die bereits geplante Version 3.7.3 zu warten.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
