In most cases, an email program or app is responsible for these incidents. Please check your devices. Maybe the emails also ended up in the trash - please take a look here too.
How and with how many different clients do you access your mail account? If you have set up anything new using the POP3 protocol, then look no further. Only IMAP leaves the messages on the server by default (and is therefore the preferred option for multi-client use).
Did you receive any emails telling you that your inbox is almost full and you need to clear up some storage to continue using it? I remember numerous cases here in the forum where this was obviuously Phishing and afterwards the victims found their inboxes emptied ...

Have you deleted emails? Take a look in the trash. If these aren't there either, the emails are probably gone. Unless you have backed up your emails.

Do you have a pc or smartphone with Emails with POP3 instead IMAP ?

Only mails after 29.11.2024 are visible. Why?
