Keine Verbindung zum Server beim Einrichten von Outlook

Hallo

ich möchte mein Outlook 2016 neu einrichten. Die t-online-Adresse habe ich eingegeben und auch das Email-Passwort (nicht das PW zum Login bei Telekom).

Anschließend versucht Outlook eine Verbindung zum Server. Das klappt aber nicht (weder eine verschlüsselte noch eine unverschlüsselte).

Woran könnte das liegen?

(Bin ein totaler Laie)
