Hallo @BBFan23
zunächst fehlen uns viele Angaben und hilfreiche Antworten geben zu können:
- welche Mail App
- wie verbunden (ActiveSync, IMAP, POP3)
- befinden sich die gesendeten E-Mails im "Gesendet"-Ordner im E-Mail-Center (Online Webbrowser)?
Außerdem scheint es mit iOS 14 noch mehrere Bugs bzgl. des Apple Mailclients zu geben:
