Inklusivnutzer zu Freemail Formular wirklich erst nach Kündigung des Anschlusses möglich?

Hallo,

ich hatte eine ähnliche Frage in einem anderen Thread schon gestellt, aber unterschiedliche Aussagen erhalten. Leider kann ich dort keine direkte Antwort mehr erstellen.

 

Ich möchte meine 4 Inklusivnutzer zu Freemail wandeln ohne eine Sperre der Mailadresse zu riskieren. Die Datensicherung ist unwichtig da schon erfolgt, nur der Verlust der Adressen wäre nicht akzeptierbar. Ich habe bereits für die ersten beiden Inklusivnutzer jeweils am 04.08.23 das Formular ausgefüllt und bisher noch keine Antwort erhalten. Nun sagte mir Heike B. im anderen Thread das die Formulare nach! dem Wegfall des Anschlusses ausgefüllt werden sollen und weitere Fragen ich dem Abuse Team stellen kann. Dort wurde mir aber gesagt das die Formulare auf jeden Fall vor! Beendigung des Vertrages abgeschickt werden müssen, Der Termin für die Abschaltung des Anschlusses ist der 20.08.23, die Mailadressen dürfen nicht verloren gehen.

Achja ich bleibe weiterhin Telekomkunde, allerdings komplett beim Mobilfunk.

Die Mailadressen sind wirklich wichtig und dürfen nicht gesperrt werden! danke für eure Hilfe.

    Hallo zusammen,

     

    @jojo1 Wenn der Vorgang durch den Roboter schon geschlossen wurde, wird wohl ein neues Formular benötigt. 

    Ich habe jetzt mit @JoergRichter71  gesprochen und mich um die Freigabe gekümmert

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
