Inklusivnutzer oder freemail?

Hallo,wie kann ich herausfinden, ob mein Email Postfach über Inklusivnutzer läuft oder über die freie EMail?Ich möchte das wissen, weil unsdwer Vetrag Ende Mail ausläuft und dann ja alle Inklusivnutzer beennet werden...

    melde dich bitte mal unter https://kundencenter.telekom.de mit dem betreffenden E-Mail-Login an.

    Wie sieht es dort aus?

     

    So sieht es bei Freemail aus:

    Und so bei einem Inklusivnutzer:

    Genau, richtig. Eine Freemail ist nicht an einen Festnetzvertrag gekoppelt.

    Als kleinen zusätzlichen Hinweis noch: Falls zusätzlich auch auf dem Festnetzvertrag noch eine E-Mail-Adresse auf dem Hauptlogin eingerichtet ist, mit dem auch Zugang zum Festnetzvertrag im Kundencenter besteht, muss diese aber gesichert werden, da sie sonst nach sechs Monaten nach Vertragsende zur Löschung freiegeben wird. Wie das geht, erfährst du unter https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/festnetz-internet-tv/e-mail/e-mail-adresse-passwoerter-und-sicherheit/e-mail-erhalt

    Der Link würde zu einem Freemail-Konto passen.

    Dort müsstest du eine Kachel mit dem Namen "Telekom-Mail" finden. Wenn du dort einmal drauf klickst, wird dir dann Freemail als aktiv angezeigt?

    Dann sollte alles passen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
