Inklusivnutzer entsperren

Hallo zusammen,

ich hatte bereits gestern um Hilfe gebeten, da nach Kündigung meines Vertrages zwar mein Hauptnutzer-Account zu Freemail übertragen wurde, nicht aber der meiner Frau als Inklusivnutzer. Gerade habe ich erfahren, dass auch mein Sohn als Inklusivnutzer keinen Zugang mehr hat. Das Problem ist bei ihm noch deutlich gravierender, da er seine sämtlichen Mails nur vom Telekom-Server abruft und nicht auf seinem Rechner gespeichert hat. Er kommt nun an wichtige Daten wie z.B. Flugbuchungen nicht mehr heran. Gibt es jemanden in der Community bzw. bei der Telekom, der mir hier helfen kann?

    für die Lösung musst du schon selber tätig werden!

     

    Eventuell kann das Abuse Team der Telekom da noch was bewirken!

    Hallo zusammen,

    der Tip mit der Hotline-Nr. war echt ein Treffer! Hatte einen sehr kompetenten und hilfsbereiten Gesprächspartner, der mit mir gemeinsam alle gesperrten Emailadressen zu Freemail portiert hat. Die Emails auf dem Telekomserver sind zwar alle gelöscht, aber zum Glück war das Backup bei allen Accounts halbwegs aktuell. Wichtig ist, dass die alten Adressen wieder funktionieren. Tausend Dank an jojo1!

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
