IMAP Hauptadresse erscheint "im Auftrag von" bei Versand von der Nebenadresse

Seit mehreren Jahren betreiben wir=zwei Personen unter einer Hauptadresse@t-online.de auch eine Nebenadresse@t-online.de. Erstere per Thunderbird 60.9.0 (64-bit) unter Linux, letztere per Outlook 2010 V 14.0.7187.5000 SP2 unter Windows 7.

 

Inbox und alle Ordner teilen wir uns.  Wenn Hauptadresse@t-online.de versendet, erscheint diese auch bei den Empfängern und deren Anworten laufen unter  Hauptadresse@t-online.de  wieder bei uns ein. Analoges funktioniert für Nebenadresse@t-online.de.

 

Am 29.03. (nach unserer Wahrnehmung) erstmalig passierte es, daß Empfänger einer Nachricht von Nebenadresse@t-online  diese als

Von: Nebenadresse@t-online.de im Auftrag von Hauptadresse

bei sich vorfanden und deren Rückantwort auch an Hauptadresse@t-online.de  ging. Im  Quelltext der ausgehenden Ursprungs-eMail ist die Hauptadresse@t-online.de  nicht zu finden.

 

Müßte demnach der Server den Bezug zur Hauptadresse beim Versand hinzugefügt haben?

 

Heute (31.03.2020) konnten wir das  - aus unserer Sicht fehlerhafte -  Verhalten nicht reproduzieren.

Gibt es eine Erklärung, die eine Wiederholung in der Zukunft vermeiden hilft?

    Die "Laborversuche" haben erstmal nichts ergeben. Zum Wochenende wird sich die Situation bei Auftreten des Fehlers wiederholen (eMail an mehrere Adressaten aus Kontaktliste) vielleicht sehen wir dann mehr. Bis dahin "on hold" und vielen Dank.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
