gesendete Mails verschwunden

hallo zusammen,

ich habe seit 2 Tagen das Problem, dass meine gesendeten Mails der letzten 2 1/2 Jahre verschwunden sind. Sowohl in der App als auch auf dem PC. Davon ist alles da und die aktuellen auch. Empfangene sind vollständig. Vielleicht kann mir jemand weiterhelfen.
