Email Postfach ist gesperrt

Hallo, ich habe seit einigen Zeit eine Nachricht von der Telekom bekommen, das mein Postfach foll ist!

Ich habe nicht reagiert und seit 24.12.2018 kann ich keine Mails mehr senden oder empfangen!

Ich habe jetzt meinen Posteingang kompl. gelöscht, es funktioniert trotzdem nicht!

Was kann ich tun, außer auf 15GB für 2,95€ zu buchen?
