Email in der App lässt sich nicht öffnen

Seit geraumer Zeit stürzt bei mir beim Öffnen einer Email zum Lesen diese ab und das Hauptmenü der Telekom Mail App öffnet sich wieder. Neuinstallation brachte leider auch nichts. Wer kann mir helfen?
