E-Mail Suche Hallo Support - Mail-such - Ergebnisse werden angezeigt - Nur EIN Mail lässt sich EINMAL öffnen

Hallo Support / Forum
seit längerem stelle ich fest - Mail-suche nach Stichworten funktioniert - Ergebnisse werden angezeigt - lassen sich aber nicht öffnen. Nach Tip aus dem Netz habe ich dann Cache gelöscht im Browser - dann lässt sich EIN Eintrag EINMAL öffnen - habs mit Firefox / Opera /Chromium etc. probiert - Einen gefundenen Sucheintrag kann ich öffnen und eben nur EINMAL. Was kann ich tun? Bug oder Feature?
Für Hilfe bin ich dankbar.
