Hallo Telekom Mitarbeiter,

meine Oma hat seid paar Wochen das Problem dass sie keine E-Mails mehr erhält,

laut der App reagiert der E-Mail Server nicht.

Was kann man jetzt tun damit sie wieder E-Mails bekommen kann.
