E-Mail Anschrift nach 180 Tagen ohne Telekom Vertrag retten!

Hallo,
gibt es irgendeine Möglichkeit, meine alte E-Mail Anschrift zu retten. Ich habe 2019 ( leider ! ) meinen Telekom Vertrag gekündigt und jetzt
zum 01.05.2020 habe ich ich plötzlich festgestellt, dass meine @-t-online.de nicht mehr verfügbar ist.
Die Wechselfrist von 180 Tage habe ich versäumt.
Kann mir jemand helfen? Alles läuft über meine alte T-online Anschrift
