E-Mail Adresse separieren

Hallo, ich habe anscheinend eine E-Mail Adresse als Unteradresse von dem Konto meines Vaters. Bei jedem Login werde ich mit seinem Namen angesprochen. Ich würde diese gerne als selbstständige freemail Adresse einrichten, um meine Verträge hinterlegen zu können und auch Daten ändern zu können. Wir können wir das am besten machen?

    das klingt danach dass deine Mail-Adresse nur ein Multialias im E-Mail-Konto deines Vaters ist. Oder hast du in dem Konto ausschließlich deine eigenen Mails? Dann könnte es auch ein eigenständiges Konto sein. Bevor ich dir eine passende Antwort geben kann, möchte ich einen Blick darauf werfen. Hinterlege dafür bitte mal deine Kundendaten in deinem Profil und gib mir hier eine Antwort, wenn du das gemacht hast.

    Hallo @buchfink.k,

     

    danke für das nette Telefongespräch. So konnten wir Schritt für Schritt die E-Mail Adresse vom alten Account lösen und mithilfe der "neuen" Festnetz-Zugangsdaten wieder einrichten.

    Das alte Postfach bleibt mit der veränderten E-Mail Adresse erhalten. So können dort noch die alten Mails gelesen und bei Bedarf weitergeleitet werden.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
