Datenmitnahme bei Wechsel von Freemail zu Mail M?

Hallo alle zusammnen,

ich habe Freemail und will zu Mail M wechseln. Dabei will ich meine Einstellungen und Daten mitnehmen. Jetzt habe ich Mail M gebucht. Damit Mail M aktiv werden kann , muss offensichtlich Freemail vorher gekündigt werden. Mit Kündigung werden sofort sämtliche Einstellungen und Daten gelöscht. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die unter Freemail angelegten Daten mitzunehmen?
