Wie finde ich heraus, welches MagentaTV ich nutze?

wow kann nicht auf Magenta TV one abgerufen werden

Ich habe ein Abo bei Wow abgeschlossen und möchte dies nun über Magenta TV One abrufen. Sobald ich geinen Sender auswähle kommt die Fehlermeldung

Error code: VSF:ERROR.PLAYER.ANDROID. DRM .MAIN_CONTENT

Auf meinem anderen Telekom Receiver 401 ist der Abruf kein Problem. Hier erscheint keine Fehlermeldung.

    Das geht leider nicht, wenn du die linearen Sender innerhalb der MagentaTV-App anschauen willst musst du WOW direkt über die Telekom buchen und im Falle von Serien oder Film-Abo zusätzlich noch das Premium-Abo

    Komischerweise funktioniert es über den „alten“ Receiver ohne Probleme. Wieso dann nicht über das One-Gerät? Außerdem hat es in der letzten Saison auch noch über One funktioniert. Wurde da jetzt was umgestellt?

    wenn du WOW nicht bei def Telekom sondern bei Wow gebucht hast, dann für LiveTV die Wow-App nutzen.

    Meinst du die WOW-App über ein anderes Endgerät? Innerhalb des Magenta-Menüs funktioniert die App ja nicht.

    hast du schon nachgesehen, ob die Wow App installiert ist? Da sie eine Partnerapp zu MagentaTV ist, wird die oft auf Telekom AndroidTV Geräten mitinstalliert. 

     

    Schau mal in der Seite "Apps", ob sie da schon in den installierten Apps drin ist. Müsstest dich dann in der WOW App mit dem Login einloggen, mir dem du Wow bei Sky gebucht hast.

     

    Hast du das neue MagentaTV 2.0 gebucht oder hast noch noch MagentaTV 1.0?

    Bei MagentaTV 2.0 könntest du die Schnellstartleiste der ONE der Startseite von MagentaTV anpassen (Kacheln verschieben an einen anderen Platz, nur die äußersten zwei Kacheln, die ganz links und die ganz rechts lassen sich nicht verschieben).

    Und du könntest in den MagentaTV Einstellungen bei den Entertainmentdiensten Haken bei Wow Filme & Serien und bei Wow Sport setzen, damit in der Schnellstart-Leiste als zusätzliche Kachel "WOW" angezeigt wird. So dass du einen kürzeren Weg zu Wow in der Schnellstart-Leiste dann haben könntest.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
