Vor/Rückspulen funktioniert nicht

Mit mein MR401 vor/rückspulen funktioniert komplett nicht egal was wahle ich: Live-TV, VOD oder Aufnahme. Bei vorspulen einfach nichts passiert, bei rückspulen VOD und Aufnahme starten immer neu.
