TV Box Ton setzt immer wieder aus

Bei meiner TV Box setzt im Abstand von ca 20 min. immer wieder der Ton aus. Einmal umschalten und zurück behebt das Problem, aber auf Dauer ist das sehr nervig und einfach nicht OK.
Bitte um Hilfe.
