Wenn ich einen Tatort aus dem Tatort - Archiv anschaue, fehlt immer ein Stück am Ende. Bevor die ganze Folge zu Ende ist, wird automatisch auf den nächsten Beitrag geschaltet, ohne dass ich etwas dagegen machen kann.

Das ist manchmal ärgerlich.

Kann ich etwas an der Einstellung ändern, liegt das an meinem Gerät oder ist das auch bei anderen Nutzern so?

    Danke für die Antwort.

    Ich habe Magenta TV jetzt über den Laptop probiert. Da besteht das Problem nicht und die Tatorte laufen bis zum Abspann.

    Auf meinem Samsung - SmartTV fehlen immer ca. 20  bis 30 Sekunden.

    Liegt also am der Software des Fernsehers.

    es gibt manche Geräte, bei denen kann man es für MagentaTV konfigurieren auf dem jeweiligen  Gerät. 

     

    Nutzt du die MagentaTV App oder die MagentaTV 2.0 App auf deinem Samsung TV? Bei MagentaTV (1.0) App kann man es nicht fest einstellen, bei MagentaTV 2.0 App könnte man es. Je nachdem, welche App du von beiden nutzen könntest, bestimmt dein gebuchter Tarif. 

     

    Oder hast du den SamsungTV mit einem Abspielgerät verbunden per HDMI -KABEL? Falls ja, was ist das für ein Gerät genau?

    Falls es die App wäre, in der man das nicht Festlegen kann, ob automatisch in die nächste Episode gesprungen soll oder nicht, habe ich mal für MagentaTV Stick und MagentaTV ONE einen Trick im Wiki notiert,  wie man das automatische Springen trotzdem unterbinden könnte. Auf andere Weise als eine Einstellung. 

     

    Womöglich funktioniert dann der Trick ähnlich auch bei dir auf deinem SamsungTV?

    "Sobald dieser Countdown zu sehen ist, ein Mal die Zurück-Taste drücken. Dadurch wird der Countdown abgebrochen. Und danach wird die aktuelle Folge weiter bis zu ihrem Ende abgespielt, ohne in die nächsthöhere Episode automatisch zu wechseln."

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
