Hallo,

Wir haben einen neuen Grundig Android TV. Wir haben einen Magenta tv Tarif. Jeden Tag deinstalliert sich die Magenta TV Tarif. Sie ist komplett weg und ich muss sie aus dem Store neu hochladen. Woran kann das liegen und wie lässt es sich heilen? Es ist echt nervig. Vielen Dank
