Hallo, jedesmal wenn wir TV ausschalten, friert das Bild auf Magenta TV ein. Beim Wiederanschalten geht nichts mehr und ich muß die Magenta App neu installieren. Vorinstalliert war App der 1. Gen, wir haben die 2. Gen upgedatet und Vertrag angepasst. Kann mir jemand helfen ?
