Moin, ich habe seit 2 Wochen einen Samsung TV. Hier lief die Magenta TV App bis vor 2 Tagen reibungslos. Plötzlich nur noch schwarzes Bild, rechts oben in der Ecke das Logo und die Uhrzeit (siehe Foto). Ich habe bereits Cache geleert, den TV komplett zurück gesetzt und die App neu installiert. Nichts. Was kann ich noch tun?
