Ich habe versucht meine magenta tv box play über LAN und WLAN anzuschließen, doch leider bleibt er bei 10% stehen und wechselt dann auf die schwarze seite wo steht "Anmeldung nicht möglich, F50601, versuchen sie es später", schaltung war am 24.02.2020 abgeschlossen.

Was kann ich noch tun?
