Wie finde ich heraus, welches MagentaTV ich nutze?

Hallo

In meiner Magenta TV App ändert sich auf EPG Stöndig die Senderreihenfolge. In den Einstellungen sind sie dennoch genauso, wie ich es mir sortiert habe.

Es fängt mit 1 ARD, auf 2 ZDF an und geht dann weiter mit Sendeplatz 25.

Neustart der App,  des Handys und Deinstallation sowie Neuinstallation der App leisten keine Abhilfe.

    Kann ich an einem AppleTV4HD bestätigen. Die Sortierung Sendeplatz fehlt dort in der App

    Kann doch nicht sein das man eine neue App raus bringt und kann keine Sender sortieren 🤷🏻‍♂️😡

    Hi,

    bei mir hat das sortieren mit der Iphone App geklappt. Diese wurde problemlos im ATV übernommen.Der QR Code ist blödsinnig. Die HTML Sortierung wird nicht übernommen.

    Richtig. Die Sortierung läuft anscheinend Account übergreifend von Apple zu Apple. Evtl. Die Magenta App auf dem ATV neu starten.

    Wie es sich mit Android oder anderen Betriebssystemen zusammen verhält kann ich nicht sagen

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
