In meiner Magenta TV App kann ich nichts abspielen, es kommt sofort der folgende Hinweis: Entschuldigung, momentan kann der Inhalt nicht abgespielt werden. Bitte versuche es spater noch einmal. ERROR CODE 071100.

Auf der Webseite der Telekom existiert der Fehlercode nicht einmal. Was ist das Problem? Was kann ich tun? Der Kundenservice kann mir auch nicht helfen??? Hilfe!
