Magenta TV 2.0 AppleTV 4K Senderliste wird nicht übernommen

Hallo,

 

ich nutze einen AppleTV 4K und seit kurzem nun Magenta TV 2.0.

Die Senderliste habe ich mir über web2.magentatv.de angepasst; in der App auf iPad, dem MagentaTV Stick und MagentaTV One (habe ich mir zum Testen ausgeliehen) sehe ich diese angepasste Liste auch richtig.

Auf dem AppleTV ist die neue Senderliste aber nur teilweise angekommen.

 

Ich habe bereits die App vom AppleTV gelöscht und neu installiert, das hat aber leider nichts geändert.

Auch ein Reset der Senderliste und anschließende Neusortierung kommt am AppleTV nicht an.

 

Was muss ich tun, um auf dem AppleTV die richtige Senderliste zu bekommen?

    Auf dem iPad sehe ich die Sender ja in der richtigen Reihenfolge, nur eben am AppleTV nicht...

    wenn du vom web aus sortierst gibt es aktuell Probleme mit der Synchronisierung.

     

    sortiere mal auf dem iPad einen Sender um und dann speichern, im Anschluß sollte es auf dem AppleTV stimmen.

    kann etwas dauern.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
