Magenta Apps auf Samsung UE55J6250 funktionieren nicht

Scheinbar laufen die Magenta Apps nicht (mehr) native auf dem Samsung UE55J6250:

Die Magenta Sport App ist zwar im Samsung Smart Store verfügbar aber bei einem Start passiert schlicht nichts. Wir können uns nicht einmal einloggen — es bleibt alles weiss.
Und die reguläre Magenta TV app wird über den Smart Store nicht einmal gelistet. Bei einer Suche nach "Magenta" wird nur die Sport App gefunden.
