How do I find out which MagentaTV version I have?

Hallo,

 

am TV erscheint: kein Signal. Der Router ist aktiv, WLAN funktioniert.  Ich habe alle Stecker gezogen,  15 Minuten gewartet, wieder neu gestartet, aber ohne Erfolg.  Leider kann ich an der TV Box nicht erkennen,  ob sie funktioniert,  weil die Lämpchen nicht leuchten. Das Problem existiert schon länger, aber bisher lief der TV. Wer kann mir helfen?

    Richtiger HDMI -Eingang wurde aber ausgewählt? Mal anderes HDMI -Kabel versucht? Wobei schon ungewöhnlich ist, dass an der TVBox gar keine Diode leuchtet. Welche ist es denn genau?

    Ja, anderes HDMI Kabel versucht, da heißt es: Kabel überprüfen.  Wir haben noch ein 401 receveiver an einem anderen tv gerät angeschlossen,  funktioniert einwandfrei. Bei Receiver Übersicht erscheint TV Box nur, wenn ich per LAN verbinde.

    Meinst du die MagentaTV Box (= Media Receiver mit WLAN / Mesh) oder die MagentaTV One (= Settop-Box mit Android-TV)? Wenn an der MagentaTV Box nicht das WLAN-Signal und die linke der beiden kleinen LED darüber in irgendeiner Farbe leuchten, dann hat das Gerät vermutlich keinen Strom.

    Hallo @WM_003,

     

    hast du denn ein Signal, wenn du das Gerät mit LAN-Kabel verbindest? Oder kommt es dadurch nur zur Sichtbarkeit in der Receiver Übersicht?

     

    Ich schaue mir das gerne an. Befülle dazu doch bitte dein Profil und gib kurz Bescheid, sobald geschehen.
