Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
It uses an identifier created by your telecom operator based on your IP address and a telecom reference such as your telecom account (e.g., mobile number).
The identifier is assigned to the internet connection, so anyone connecting their device and consenting to the Utiq technology will receive the same identifier. Typically:
- on a broadband connection (e.g., Wi-Fi), the marketing or analytics will be performed based on the browsing activities of consenting household members’.

So, nach Anruf bei der angegebenen Telekom Nummer:
Ich bekomme die gekauften Receiver ersetzt, diese verbleiben aber tatsächlich im Besitz der Telekom und werden nicht mehr mein Eigentum. Ein Sonderkündigungsrecht gibts ebenfalls nicht, macht aber nix, läuft eh alles nur bis Oktober, mit einem Monat Kündigungsfrist. Schade und Tschüss.

Hallo,
Dann sage ich mal noch was dazu. Wie hier schon mehr fach geschrieben gibt es Entertain TV seid ca. 3 Jahren. Seit dem war bereits bekannt, dass das alte Entertain eines Tages abgeschaltet wird. Zwei Plattformen gleichzeitig zu supporten ist schließlich auch unwirtschaftlich. Bereits Mitte / Ende 2018 wurden alle Entertain Kunden informiert, dass die Telekom ab April 2019 die alte Entertain Plattform abschalten wird. Damals war die Situation aber eher wie bei Digital Fernsehen in den Kabelnetzen. Also Vertragsänderung und neue Geräte kaufen. ansonsten bleibt der Bildschirm dunkel.
Erst Januar 2019 kamen erste Informationen durch, dass sich die Telekom diese Migration einiges kosten lassen wir indem alle Alt Entertain Kunden auf die neue Plattform umgestellt werden und zwar ohne Kosten und Vertragsänderungen.
Dadurch kann man weiterhin Entertain nutzen (auf der neuen Plattform) hat aber seinen alten Vertrag, wo man nun entscheiden kann, verrlängern oder halt zum nächsten Kündigungstermin kündigen.
Solltest Du kündigen, schickst Du alle Geräte zurück die in der Retourenabwicklung verlangt werden und das sind nur die Mietgeräte.
Für die Austausch Kaufgeräte bekommst übrigends mit der nächsten Rechnung eine 0,00 Euro Kaufrechnung.
P.S.: Nur mal so am Rande, mein alter LG Festplattenrecorder läuft auch noch ohne Probleme, nur nutzen kann ich ihn nicht mehr, da es keinen Analogen TV mehr bei uns im Kabelnetz gibt. Den hat mir aber keiner kostenlos ausgetauscht. Das ist nun mal der Lauf der Technik.
Und was den Schaden betrifft, den sehe ich nur in den verloren gegangenen Aufnahmen.
