Hallo,

leider funktioniert die Freischaltung von Sky über Entertain nicht. Von Sky habe ich eine Bestätigung erhalten, es wäre freigeschaltet. Am Montag habe ich im Kundencenter der Telekom angerufen und mir wurde gesagt, es würde am nächsten Tag funktionieren. Bis dato ist leider nix passiert. Was kann ich noch tun???
